Biography
Ajai Mathew is a California attorney admitted to the State Bar in 2005 and a graduate of UC Hastings College of the Law. He began his career at the Law Office of Manpreet Gahra, representing clients in immigration matters and appeals, and later served as an Asylum Officer at the San Francisco Asylum Office. As a partner, he focuses on immigration law.
Ajai Mathew is admitted to practice in California. His practice is limited to U.S. immigration law, a federal practice, which allows him to represent clients wherever they live, including in Fairfax County, Virginia. He does not advise on Virginia state law.
